Ruby is a skilled communications professional with experience in both consulting and the NFP charity sector. She recently joined SEC Newgate Australia following two years working for SEC Newgate UK working in the digital communications and research teams. In the UK, she was the account manager for a major campaign to promote hydrogen heating as a viable alternative for the transition of the UK energy market. Ruby was heavily involved in stakeholder engagement, managing the consumer website, creating tailored collateral for specific audiences, executing targeted ads across various social platforms, tracking performance metrics and advising on strategic direction. 
 
Additionally, Ruby has valuable experience in both qualitative and quantitative research approaches in the Australian and UK markets, with a particular focus on energy and perceptions toward future renewable projects. Prior to consulting Ruby worked as communications and events advisor to the Clontarf Foundation, a substantial charity that provides educational and workforce outcomes for indigenous boys across Australia. Ruby holds a Bachelor of Political, Economic and Social Sciences, majoring in Government and International Relations from the University of Sydney and a Master of Communication and Journalism from the University of New South Wales.
